1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Fizmoh ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Fizmoh provides IT services including but not limited to web development, mobile application development, software development, digital marketing, and branding services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project proposals or contracts.

3. Project Proposals and Quotes

All project proposals and quotes provided by Fizmoh are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices and timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on project requirements and scope changes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A deposit of 50% is required before work commences
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion
  • Late payments may incur a charge of 1.5% per month
  • All prices are in Omani Rials (OMR) unless otherwise stated

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Fizmoh retains the right to use the project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party assets used in the project remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fizmoh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable for work already performed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Muscat, Oman.

10. Changes to Terms

Fizmoh reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
