Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

At Fizmoh, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a project or service, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Before Work Commences

If you cancel before we begin any work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a 5% administrative fee.

During Project Execution

If you cancel while work is in progress, the following applies:

  • You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date
  • The initial deposit will be applied toward completed work
  • Any remaining balance for completed work is due within 14 days of cancellation
  • No refund will be issued for work already completed

Milestone-Based Projects

For projects structured with milestones, cancellation after a milestone has been approved means that milestone is considered completed and non-refundable. Refunds apply only to unstarted future milestones.

Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund

  • Services not yet started: Full refund minus 5% administrative fee
  • Services not meeting agreed specifications: Partial or full refund depending on the extent of deviation
  • Duplicate payments: Full refund of duplicate amount

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Completed and approved work or milestones
  • Services where the client has provided incorrect information leading to rework
  • Domain registrations, hosting fees, or third-party service subscriptions
  • Services delayed due to client-side delays exceeding 60 days

Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request in writing to billing@fizmoh.cloud
  2. Include your project reference number and reason for the request
  3. Our team will review the request within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Digital Marketing Services

For ongoing digital marketing services (SEO, social media management, PPC), a 30-day written notice is required for cancellation. Services will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial month refunds are provided.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our management team by emailing management@fizmoh.cloud. All disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
